consumers will now be charged to have the convenience of using eftpos. while the banks are involved somehow it is the card company that is charging. I am unsure why people expect all of the technological advances we consider essential to be free. someone designed the system using many hours and no doubt many dollars. they designed it make themselves wealthy. how many crying consumers would be willing to do it for free
