I'm still on the original oil pump @ 215k. It might be bit of a gamble but from what I understand it's not so much high RPM that kills them it's rapid changes in engine speed like limiter bashing.. so you know don't do that. Having said that if I ever had the timing cover of it I'd be doing the pump just for peace of mind.
I'm on my second stock clutch, at 195k exactly that happened to mine, slave cylinder leaked (probably a 10c o-ring!) and a lot of mornings the clutch would be on the floor with no pressure. Topped up the clutch fluid, pumped the **** out of the pedal to rebuild pressure and spent the day driving not using the clutch apart from a dead stop. Drove around like that for two weeks before I could get it into the shop.
Ford in their wisdom have put the slave cylinder inside the bellhousing so you may as well replace the stock clutch if you do need to repair the slave.
