Finally got a chance to take my 2015 FGX XR6T auto down the strip. Got 3 runs.
First run I accidentally knocked it into 2nd at staging, didn't realise and launched in 2nd! Oops! Ran a 13.587 @ 105.71.
Second run I got a good launch and powered through for a 12.921 @ 107.59 - STOKED!!!
Third I ran a 13.232 @ 105.14 - spun off the line (60ft was .2 down from the 12.9 run) and seemed just slower overall - I guess the overboost hadn't kicked in perhaps?
I spoke to a few other Ford guys there - was a great turnout for the XR's! Some pretty dam quick ones too!!
