Default Buying used

I need some advice on buying a used 2008 BF xr6 4spd auto, is there anything to look for? i.e diff bushes?

Door rubbers - all seals for that matter
Trannie Slip
Clutch Wear
Oil Leaks
Oil Levels
Diff clunk
Sway bar D Bushes (Slow speed clunk)
Brake wear (inc Disc wear - may need serious machining)
Belts
Oils
CD Player/Stacker
Horn, Airbag Lights, Volume/Cruise Buttons (Indicative of a worn clock spring)
Moisture in any of the lights

wheelie marks down the street....and smell of engine oil indicating the owner don`t care and has given it a good absolute thrashing before sale..
