just a bit of a light hearted thread. was fixing myself a bite to eat and it got me thinking of classic combo's that have stood the test of time. favourite's of all generations. i'm thinking mostly of ones with only a couple of ingredients.
cheese and tomato fritz and sauce (i think fritz is an s.a. term but i'm sure most of you know what i mean) promite/vegemite and cheese egg and lettuce feel free to add. |

Cause if you toast it with sauce inside, it's too hot and burns. So you put it on top! Least that's why I do it. Toast with vegemite, add bacon, lashings of hot chilli and lemon pepper. Nom Nom. :-F

Ham and Cheese toastie...That would be the all time greatest.
Either that or a good old BLT. Hold the tomato though thank you very much.

A chip butty - lots of butter, hot chips and salt. Squish it down so the butter melts. Can't be beat.
