Wheel help PLEASE!!!!

I was all ready to lay down the cash for new wheels for the my 65 coupe when the specifics on the wheel came back....



the wheel is 17 X 7 with a +13mm offset and running 205 or 215/40/17 tyres

? I have been told (by other wheel suppliers) that I need zero offset however I have seen this wheel on other XP Falcons (do they run spacers???).

I could ease my mind and get a similar custom wheel from Billet Specialties, but I would rather save $900 +.....

? can any body clear up the (my) confusion before I slap down nearly $2K on wheels.
