Channel 9 news reports that NSW police are using dummies to try to get motorists to slow down aparently a full stickered HWP car is left parked with a coat and cap placed around the seat to look like an officer is inside there are 5 of these cars accross the state and are parked on main highways......
 : Thats got to be a Gee up they cant be serious............these cars cant book you or give chase as the dummies are unlicensed.
