Lowering My Au11 Fairmont (IRS), and $$$ for Ghia Wheels?

Ok, so i have just put 19''s on my AU2 Fairmont and this is leaving me with 2 problems:
1- Its looking like a 4WD and needs too be lowered
2- I have a set of 5, 15 spoke, Ghia Wheels, fairly used condition (no tread)

So firstly i want too lower it with KING SPING SL's with SHOCKS and if needed a CAMBER KIT. But i dont wanna be paying through the roof (i just want it done so suspension bought and fitted same place) , so im wondering what price should i be looking at for:
-Springs (king sl's)
- Shocks (fairly cheap brand, just for looks, Munroe GT's???)
- Camber Kit (if needed)
all fitted to the car.

Secondly i have the set of 5 wheels, as mentioned above, i just need a rough ball park figure of what i should be asking, because i know there nice wheels and they suit alot of fords, and too be honest i didnt really wanna part with them but i have no room so they have to go.

any help on either subject would be appreciated.
