Default changing control arm bushes and ball joints

i have been chasing a suspension noise in the front.

considering replacing the upper and lower control arm bushes and upper and lower ball joints.

as i'm soon to do my brakes maybe it will be a good time to do it all together.

i don't have a press to do the bushes, can i get by with a g clamp/vice to remove the old and fit the new?

i'm thinking i can just use a ball joint separator for the ball joints.

has anyone done this at home successfully without a press?
