hey, i couldnt find a topic to put this in so i suppose this comes under general auto.
im wondering what the road laws are regarding these things? because im only sixteen i need something to ride to work in because i cant get my P's :(, and want one of these. The reason is because i dont wanna ride around on a poofty little scooter and thought one of these would be alot better.  thanks for any help because i know i can afford one and just want to know if i can use one on a road.
