Yeh they do the compensating for them but they charge you more for a S2 when they came out and so on with S3.

My S2 xr8 has a low coolant level why would this be? Or is the low radiator sensor different?
Maybe it was std in xr8's tho.

Not sure, but I suppose there'd be a few S1 coolant tanks around that needed fitting!

It's the same sensor.

Neisha is right. I have put in the Sender, and the guage only read off, or full pressure IIRC. It didn't work. In with the Standard AUIII one, and all was good.

Lucky spotting and fixing there XR8220!
