EF FUEL MILAGE: what do you get per 100k's etc

well my EF wagon loves fuel,so thought i'd ask
whats the normal rate for

city

and

long distance driving

per 100 k's and what you get from a tank on long distance etc

so far i've managed 380city
and no more then 600ish k's per tank on long distance

i know its a guzzler as it chews more then my damn old pajero does.

anyways what should i be getting?

and what are you getting out of your EF EL's

I got 8.9 per 100 on the way to echuca around the suburbs and city 10.9 if I take it easy.

With 50/50 mix of freeway and stopstart-feeway / suburban roads i can easily get 500-550km out of a ("68L") tank, and i dont drive that carefully when it comes to watching fuel consumption
