Default 06/07 Zetec

Hi looking at buying a new 07 Zetec manual can any current owners give me some feeback on theirs good points bad points eg economy - tyre noise- etc

Pinging is probably the worst issue, but you won't get this issue if you fill up with 95 octane fuel even tho the manual states its okay to use 91 octane, the dealer will tell you otherwise.

There is tyre noise above 110km, but that's with most cars anyway.

Make it clear to the dealer your buying it off that if there are any factory problems with the car that you will be giving it back with your money refunded in FULL!

repsol if you are after a hot hatch then forget it. If you are after a sensible and engaging drive then you wont be dissapointed. they are a very economical mid size car that handle surpisingly well.

Great little every day drive.
