Wats the easiest way to remove spot welding from the rear passanger 1/4 panel on an AU sedan?

ither drill them out or chisswl them of
drilling is alot neater but your left with a hole to fill but ...
if your replacing one of the panels you can place a strip behind or the new pannel behind and weld up the hole and grind back

yes still (as money n time permit) doing the

rebuilding the zh fairlane with a clevo 400m 4v heads injected whipple blown with aode 4 speed trans to a 9" ....... we'll get there eventually

just remember don't be afraid to try something new.

as hard as someone rebuiding a motor when theyve never done it before
and you need some more tools than just a drill and some spaners
you need a mig and dont rush it , if you try to weld to much at once youll warp the panel
