From $28k to a million bucks in 10 yrs man that is a good return on investment.
Much better than Property, Shares, Super and anything else.

its insane my mum had a gtho phase III and sold it when i was born 88 for 20000 and now it is worth over half a mill i tell you what she almost killed me when i showed her and told me that i should not have been born for that kind of money lol how mean is that though i can thouroughly understand it.
