A wonderful actor and role model/mentor to other Aussie actors.

I never met him, but he seemed like a true gentleman.

RIP Bud.

You’ve got that right.

I was really saddened to hear this today, although not surprised. He’d been sick for quite a long time and in the back of my mind, I knew that he wouldn’t be around much longer. One of my regrets is that I had the chance to meet him at a function and I didn’t want to interrupt as he was talking with some other people.

I genuinely can’t think of anyone out here who would have the admiration and loving respect that Charles did, and still has. This is one man who can truly be called a national tressure.

RIP Bud.

A true gentleman.
