Moved to Queensland? Helping Bowdens with their classic old cars and dropping a "t" from his surname.

He is using a cane for his Lola limp now.

KB certainly does come in and help us with our cars, something we are quite thankful for. He moved to the Sunshine Coast after we bought the Camaro from him some years ago. An amazingly gifted driver, who has not lost an ounce of his talent and even more so with the art of car setup. Something we see lost to most of the race drivers nowadays....

He has also been helping young Michael Caruso the last few years, which i think would have led to a pretty proud moment seeing him on the Bathurst podium this afternoon.

Cheers,
Dan

Wouldn't let it out of his sight eh? Is KB a Bowdens employee or does he just chime in as required?

'Big Rev Kev' that bloke is a legend as far as I'm concerned,a straight talker.
He used to write for one of the Oz car mags a while back, blokes would send in Questions on how to's and Kev would tell you how and why it would work or not.

My mates and I used to climb up a tree on the main corner at Foley's Hill Climb out the back of Mona Vale in NSW and watch KB nurturing his talent as he thrashed the Bartlett family Morris Minor up the hill along with the likes of Ralph Sach in his black 48-215. His sister Kay (I think?) was also a fearless peddler and gave the Minor some grief.

He is our resident race driver and helps when required. He has a lot on his plate, between his work helping nurture V8 supercar driver David Caruso the last few seasons, driving standards advisor with Cams for the historic racing catagories and running his "hobby" farm up on the range.
