Default HSV Custom Number plates

Was just checking a combination for a number plate at www.vplates.com.au and there's an advert at the top of the page for a limited run of 1000 custom HSV plates (from 000-HSV to 999-HSV).

Why do they always seem to beat Ford to the good ideas.

Damn them and their good marketing department.

At the time Vicroads were asking for people to vote on their website for what people wanted. Unfortunately more folks wanted HSV plates and from memory the vote for them was by a huge majority.

Ah yes I did read it and if the attachment system was working properly it would have shown the pic that I ended up having to host externally.

But they are just number plates. And in most states you pay an annual cost to keep them. These plates only benefit the government.

I'd say the FPV plates have been available for 4 years.

See, QLD is ahead in some areas. :

Man SA is waaay behind LOL! I have personalised FPV ### plates on both of my F6s anyway, but to have a FPV background for a one off $160 would see me get it for two cars..
