I just watched the replay of the 1 min bout on Sports Tonight. It was awesome to see DG unleash the fury.

Green was on the radio this morning with Eddie, he made mention that Jones came out and when took off his robe he wasnt even sweating like he hadn't warmed up properly. He thought if he could take advantage of that early he could get him before he limbered up properly

If danny can get paid to filght fighters past there prime then good luck to him..

Mind you he couldnt even beat Mundine.

Roy Jones Jnr 40

Danny Green 36

Dose this mean green is 6 years past his prime?

Roy Jones is still a very competitive boxer, and I dont think he is that far past his prime, still just as quick now as he ever was. It was just a good hit, and Green took advantage of it, and finished it all up. It could have went the other way, and all the naysayers would have been saying that Roy is just too good for Green, and he should never have fought anyone that good, which is what everyone WAS saying before the fight, noone bar a few people thought he stood a chance.
