Default EL Ghia interior into NA Fairlane

I would like to replace the door trims, seats & dash on my NA Fairlane with EL futura items. Have been offered an EL Futura at a great price (less than 100k on the motor) that has been involved in a rear end accident. I am hoping to transfer the motor & box as well as the trim over to the NA.

Just wondering how big of a job this is?
