Help, AU Won't start

Hey guys,

Having a few drama's at the moment. We literally just returned my brothers S/C Ute back to N/A. The 36lb Injectors were removed, and stock AU 6 injectors fitted. I flashed the stack tune back into the car, and now it won't start. Any Idea's guys?

I have also tried reflashing the 36lb injector tune in and then returning to stock, It still won't go, and the interior light flashes in time with the cranking of the motor.....
