Default Spare Key

I have misplaced my spare key and Ford are quoting $300 for a new one. All I want is a basic key (ie non-flip). Any ideas? Car is an '09 LV Focus.

unfortunately if you want the spare to start the ignition then that's the damage

otherwise, getting a key cut the usual way will only open the doors =\
