Has anyone got this problem?
ED Futura wagon:petrol filler pipe is restricted by a spring loaded flap and the diameter of the pipe will not allow the service station pump nozzel to fit in. Seems very stupid design to me? |

The flap is designed to prevent fuel sloshing out the intake when cornering for example. The diameter is designed to only allow unleaded fuel nozzles. I'd say NZ is right, have you had the problem more than once?
