He has a think southern accent, and it sounds like he's saing Felatio...

I have seen the raw CFA video footage of the Cootes tanker BLEVE on the Hume Hwy from a few years back and it was really interesting, the only road BLEVE in Australia, I think there has only been 3 full stop, one road and one in a facility in Sydney, and one in a Cairns depot. (And the answer is neither (CFA/MFB))
