Changed internet providers today and on the login page I get the administrator has banned your IP address or the range that is within.
Clicking on the contact administrator link here does nothing. |

The link works for most people as I regularly get messages about similar issues.
You'll need to tell me what the IP address you are using is so I can narrow the blocked range but if it is a foreign VPN then you might be out of luck.
