The relay box in the engine bay is missing the alb relay. When I looked at it closer I noticed that one of the pins is missing. I was wondering if this relay box is something I can replace myself (like does it plug in?) or would I have to pay an auto electrician to do it? I attached some photos of what it looks like. Thanks

That would suggest that you have the base model, that ABS was an option and it was not fitted to your vehicle. See https://fordforums.com.au/wsmpub//eflwx/2-8.html and check if it has a ABS modulator and tone wheels fitted and the ABS ground pin in the diagnostic connector. I suspect you will find none of these. Is it a sedan or a ute? Base model utes, being mainly sold as commercial vehicles in a more price sensitive market often had no ABS fitted. Similarly poverty pack taxis often came sans ABS.
This thread would also probably better fit in either this https://fordforums.com.au/forumdisplay.php?f=20 or https://fordforums.com.au/forumdisplay.php?f=29 this part of the forum. If you want it moved to where it might get more responses just ask.
