I was referring to the size.

Isn't the only difference in size the wider track meaning it has flares and different bumpers? The body itself is the same isn't it?

I quite like the new Suzuki Jimny, especially in that yellow/green colour it looks mint.

Which is ironic because I don't particularly like 4x4s and especially ones that make a whole 75KW.

I guess if you want to be specific then all rules regarding a Kei car should be adhered to to be called a Kei car.

So, I would say a Peel P50 is not a Kei car as it wasn't made in Japan even though the rest of the design and engine rules would make it so.
Sorry, I wasn't trying to claim the Picanto as a Kei car by definition, I was just pointing out that if you want a really small car then the Picanto is amongst the closest things to it and available for delivery.

A mate of mine has a Suzuki Cappachino.
Had had the guards flared to take 7" wheels and 235s.
Has just stuff a 1.3 GTi motor in it.
Weighs 750kg.
I'd love to go for a strap in it to see how it goes but I simply cannot even remotely fit in it.

One of my favorite Kei cars - reminds me if a mini Dodge Viper.

The GTi motors were good for around 75kw - imagine if you put a turbo on it?

Thing would bloody fly...
