the coolest moment for me was going to america and going chip fooses workshop and meeting chip, charley hutton and mitch lanzini when i was 13, i even got to sit in chris titus's 56 chevy, i had a grin from ear to ear for the rest of the holiday.
then the next best thing would be getting a apprenticeship as a spray painter... i wonder why
then the third was starting my car up fo the first time with no exhaust

Most of my coolest moments happened last year while on Van Tour in Europe.

- Visited 16 countries and got rather drunk n every one.
- Ran with the Bulls in Pamplona
- Went to Oktoberfest 200th Anniversary.
- Attended the last ever Love Parade in Duisburg, Germany.
- Partied during Berlin Festival Templehof Airport (Nazi Styled and quite eerie) .
- Went to Gallipoli
- Ski'd the French Alps
- Drove Monaco F1 Circuit in my Transit van

In fact the whole 6 Months with everything that happened wont be something ill ever forget.

Other ones were
- Getting my first car, my old faithful EF Wagon.
- Finishing apprenticeship as Fitter and Turner
- and getting to the finished stage of my first successful project car, my ED.

Funny how many of us in the early 20's age bracket are already in the property game, and with partners... The forum must attract the sensible crowd.
After reading this thread I would say that's true.

I am 20 looking at buy a house either this year or next year. I'd love to ASAP but it has to work in with my GF's uni and job.

Two occasions that spring to mind:

1) When I was doing a horizontal leg press at the gym, using the entire weight stack, one of the trainers asked if she could borrow it for a second to show a new member how it worked. When she saw the weight I was doing she yelled out 'Oh my god!'

2) Different gym, I had some guy ask me if I was a power lifter. (No I'm not)

1. My son being born inside the Cowl, meaning he was inside the "sack" when he came out, so I got to break the waters myself and catch him as he came out!
2. Every time my now 2 year old son says "love you daddy"
3. Skating with Tony Hawk in the X Games in 1999, only months before he landed the first 900 degree twist.
4. Watching Samantha Stosur rise to fame after organizing fundraiser to have a tennis court built for her to train on when I was school captain in primary school.

Being able to engine run a RAAF aircraft by myself.

Helping apprentices at work who actually appreciate the help.

TBQH, I don't think I can name one, I have not been to a concert, live show, never been to a race track or met any of my movie or sporting hero's, so I must say I don't have a coolest moment. I lead a very boring life.
Sounds very similar to me.

I'm 36, and the 2 greatest moments of my life were being there at the births of my 2 girls (C-section), cutting their umbilicals and holding them in my arms straightaway while my wife was sewed up.

I shook hands with Jacques Cousteau when I was about 5.

Alan Moffat signed my Ford Racing cap and shook my hand as he gave me my "Best Fiesta" trophy at Small Ford Sunday 2011 (but he also signed everyone else's stuff and shook their hands too).

I worked as an animator for a while overseas, and it was pretty cool to see on TV, years afterward, two of the shows I'd worked on.

Having a chat with Eric Bana at homebush during the v8's was pretty awesome.

Have to admit I was star struck, the bloke has tonnes of charisma.
