just back from the press day, the lip on the front bar doesn't look too bad, prefer the GT bar over the typhoon one though.

The new hard lid for the utes that has the bulge and works with the sports bars looks trick....

but really all I want is the XR5 turbo... NOW!

So is the XR5 just the new Focus ST as Europe gets it or is tweaked in some way (other than the name) ?

Ok, visually it appears to be a Focus ST that's been rebadged, still very pleasing to see.

Wow... UK$17,495 ~ AU$41,000 And that is for the Base ST, then there is the ST2 and ST3 (with electric recaro seats)

Not going to be cheap. - though I figure it is in WRX performance league

Anyone got reviews on this car? seems nice

Oh is it that new? cool - good to see we might be keep up with the Euro's latest lineups then.

Though still there would have to be a review somewhere...

I prefer the styling of the BA FPV products. The BF stuff looks too busy at the front and also looks like something the HSV knobs would have styled.

Nope, not even European media has driven it yet. There was a passenger ride in a development ST in EVO magazine a few months back but still no public test drives or Media drives. Can't be long though. It apparently laps the nurburgring 10 seconds quicker than the Mk I Fouc RS... that's decent!
