i honestly don't see what the big deal about having the words e-series included in any name chosen is? i mean they ARE e-series cars!....ford decided that for us all back around 1988! . surely adding or subtracting a word here or there wont upset the gods too much? :

Its a matter of moving forward and not sideways, we don't want to end up with any arguments etc with the eseries club over names, and as said a fresh new name without eseries is what we should aim for.

Just an idea... did the EA when it came out have a codename, like Seagull was for XR6 turbo and maybe if it was suitable we could somehow incorporate that into the name... obviously depending on its codename

I really really really like 'The END' aswell.

I never put club stickers on my car because I hate advertising, but with a name like... The END? Id definitly want to advertise that!

Also really like the E Force too. That also kicks ***.

I think you have missed the point. We were saying the logo looks very similar to the old one. From what ive read everyone wants to start a new club, so a good step would be to create your own logo, not remake the old one.
Nothing to be sorry about.. Just try and come up with something different.
