Alrighty, time for a reasonably big update
 :Here are the categories for judging: 1. JCS Motorsport "Encouragement Award" 2. Best Exterior - paint, wheels, bodykits etc. 3. Best Interior - seats, layout, trim etc. 4. Best ICE (In Car Entertainment) - CD/DVD players, audio installs etc. 5. Most promising example - vehicle that looks like it can go a long way! 6. Best Engine Bay - pretty self explanatory! 7. The "Out There" Award - for the "different" car that catches your eye 8. Judges Choice Award - for a car the judges especially admire 9. Best 8 cylinder - open to ALL 8 Cylinder vehicles 10. Best 6 cylinder - open to ALL 6 cylinder vehicles 11. Best 4 or 5 cylinder - open to ALL 4 or 5 cylinder vehicles (XR5 included) 12. Best Show Display - best use of props/stands in the overall display 13. Best Club Display - as above but for registered car clubs Category winners will receive a trophy presented by Dick Johnson! There will be 5 judges on the day all of whom will judge all categories. If you don't want your car to be judged, let us know when you enter the Show and Shine area. OK guys Ive got lots of people saying they're coming but no entry forms yet! Please get them in ASAP as Im starting to put the layout together and it will make it a lot easier to put you with your mates and respective groups if I have entry forms.
If you have your name on this list and turn up and I dont have an entry form from you I WILL charge you $15 as an entrant on the day!

Well given that it's not too far away now, I thought I wouldpost up the latest schedule for the weekend. There have been a few little changes but everybody will get a copy of this when I see you.
Friday: 10-1pm: Display of cars in Sturt Mall. Still places available for this, and it is free to enter. PM me if you're interested! 4-pm: Meeting the cruise groups in Wagga. The meeting point for all cruise groups is Homebase Centre on Hammond Avenue (cant miss it). When you arrive in Wagga, go here and I will meet you and show you to your motels if you need help finding your way around. 6pm: Meet at Bolton Park Carpark to organise dinner cruise. We will leave at 6:30pm for a 30minute cruise around Wagga and to our dinner destination. 7pm: Dinner at Oura winery. This is where the cruise will finish up, and we'll all have dinner here. Around $20 for a good sized main meal,you cook your own steaks etc. Large outdoor area with plenty of room to let the kids run around etc, and also stretch your legs. And yes it is a winery but be sensible if driving! Rest of Friday is up to you guys! Saturday: From 6am: Entry to Bolton Park available, and you can come and setup your car, start cleaning etc. 9am: All Cars must be present and ready for show opening. 9am: Dick Johnson Entourage leaves from Bolton Park to Wagga Airport to pick up the drivers. This one is by invite only. 10am: Show opens! 10:30am: Judging begins. 12pm: Entrant Quiz closes. Entries must be in the box by 12pm! 12:30pm: Judging finishes. 1:30pm: Presentation of Trophies and Entrant Quiz Prizes. 3pm: Expected close (can begin moving cars). 5:30pm: Aftershow cruise if there is enough interest. 6:30pm: Dinner at a local venue TBA for all interested. Sunday: 9am: Breakfast at Astor Hotel - travellers can depart from there as it is on the Highway. I'll update the first post of this thread with these details also. A reminder to all to book your accomodation if you havent already, there are a number of interstate travellers coming for the weekend so don't miss out!

Aust. Perhaps you should mention...
There are NO DIRT ROADS this year. Food and drink is only a block away in the main street. Those with kids can go to the indoor swimming complex 100mtrs away. There are shady trees to sit under .... but dont tell the revheads that the Highway Patrol HQ is just as close

hey austin i'm definatly going fractured foot or not i'll be there roosta and i and maybe a couple of others have sent our forms in the same envelope, do you rekon i could have a place next to nik (roosta)?? that would be cool considering he helped me with install and everything.

Austin are we having an AU Falcon display if not can you put me near ROOSTA and FLYRYD form getting sent tommorrow do you have any details on how it will be set up, was gonna suggest a T series display but looks like there isnt many going so that counts that out
