Default This Couldn't Possibly Work???Could It ??????

Every logic cell in my brain says these gadgets couldnt possibly work BUT

A con for sure.
The only real way to save fuel is not to drive it.
But keeping it in tune is the other way & driving slower.

Like others have said, if these things were so great you'd think that car manufacturers would be putting them onto their own vehicles.
