Eibatch springs – do these come with poly saddle for front shocks end?

Received eibatch pro kit for AU II (live rear axle) yesterday. In addition to springs, there was pair of spring saddles / spacers which goes on the front shocks at the lower end of springs.

These spacers have Super Pro part number 2283-20 marked on them – 20 mm lift?

Question is – did others get these with their springs?

Am I supposed to install the front springs with these spacers or without them?
