yes, i have that too in my wagon (ef xr6) i noticed it as soon as we bought it but now am used to it. i guess its cos the spare wheel is sitting in the hollow of the fuel tank, which is pretty much in the car with you, as opposed to in the boot of sedans.

ok, i've had the car 2 weeks and havent noticed it before, you can hear it when you look under the car and when i take out the spare wheel its louder, 'cause the fuel line is in there' but you say its NORMAL? if it is, thats fine, just curious.
thanks for the replies. cheers. |
