Default Wrong item sent

Hi Everyone,
I recently received an order from the U.S. which was incorrect.( a shirt $100).In the last 8 days,I have sent 3 e-mails and phoned twice (just get answering machine) but have had no reply. I am not sure what to try next. Any suggestions? Anyone live in downtown LA that can pay them a visit?
