Default Broadcast sheet

Hi guys

Digging around the Ghia's engine bay a few months ago, I found a crumbling folded up bit of paper tucked between the inlet mani and the big wiring loom plug. I carefully pulled it out with a pair of needlenose pliers, and to my surprise, I had found the broadcast (?) sheet from when the car was built way back in 1991.

I know these are pretty common to find in old Commodores - they are usually hidden under the back carpet. But this is the first time I've seen one from an E-series Falcon.

Has anyone else found one of these in their E-series, and where did you find it?

Can anyone tell me what the letters and numbers below each component mean? What does NZA NZF mean?
