Firstly source the parts. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of parts. Buy all the parts required like top and bottom hoses, correct amount of coolant. Get the right radiator be it for manual or auto. Anybody with the right parts and tools and are mechanically minded can carry out the task. After instillation run the car up to temp, and so the thermostat opens and top up as required. Road test, look for leaks and keep an eye on it for a few weeks to make sure you have done the job properly. Make sure you clean the engine bay first, as if there is a leak you will be able to see white calcium deposits from leaking coolant.

the radiator is fitted in assembly line as an assembly with air conditioner oil cooler-bottom of a/c- and oil cooler sometimes in both radiator tanks,, and fan.

Ive had to panel--reshape--beat the top mounts each side to allow the radiator to come out without the condenser attached. depends if its a daily driver or a show car.

also had oil leaks early in the models at the radiator as some use orings like the falcon power steer pump..

PS buy radiator hoses heater hoses heater tap cap and thermostat etc and flush then refill coolant with a 50/50 hlden compatible coolant. not as expencive as it sounds.
