Yep, was on it today between Hammond and Chandler roads. Just a big empty road.

It'll be used as a drag strip for a while as there is nowhere for radar to hide &
every set of lights has a "drag lane".
Seeing how it is only 0.5km from work i"ll be on it a bit.
Yesterday I went from dandenong to keysborough in less than 5 min
(and back in about 3 min) so it beats the hell out of cheltenham road
and it seems all the crossroads now have 2nd priority to the bypass with traffic light sequence

Probably use it when Eastlink opens up when I go down to Roesbud.

I figure, the Dandenong-Frankston Road is pretty much like a freeway anyway, may as well save a bit of money by skipping the tolls on that section.

Saw 2 cars pulled over today by candy cars and a radar operating pulling people over the day it opened so I wouldnt tempt it! TYpical though ...... brand new, wide lanes, no houses etc and only limited to 80km's. Will be a great cash cow!!!

Please dont tell everyone about it! Its nice and quiet at the moment!!!!
