Default Choice of two 89 Fairlanes

Hi all,
Seem I have a choice to make, a Ford Fairlane 1989 burgundy, Sedan 3.9ltr Automatic, 317909kms, includes RWC, air conditioning, power steering, power windows, cruise control, alloy wheels, sun roof.

OR

Same model - silver, Sedan 3.9ltr Automatic, 204870kms, RWC, air conditioning, power steering, power windows

THe burgandy one looks better but is higher in the ks, but the silver one, looks average but is much lower in the Ks,

What would they both be worth, and which would be better?

OR

Ford Falcon S
white automatic sedan
1990 white, Sedan 3.9ltr Automatic, 252825kms, cheap car, air conditioning, power steering.

OR - Not my favourite choice, but on gas none the less.

Holden Commodore 1989
Burgundy manual sedan Dual Fuel
Burgundy, Sedan 3.8ltr Dual Fuel Manual, 54686kms, cheap car with gas, air conditioning, power steering, alloy wheels

I'd go the silver one... its the same model so there cant be that much difference in looks, and put a bit of TLC into it and should look just as good if not better!!

I think the ks are a typo this was from the dealer, the EF is still around this is the second car, am try to flog off a capri turbo, but am finding it hard to sell, was thinking I could swap for something that would be easier to get rid of and try and sell that, besides from the dealer its got rwc, so that with rego make the car worth more, should be earier to sell then a convertible.

depends on what you want, but if you're after a keeper i'd go the burgandy, just coz the sunroof makes it unique to start with

Commo manual on gas would be awesome IMO, only if it's really got 54,000kms though, otherwise i'd drive all of them and see which one drives best and take that.

Go the silver one. You can't beat a silver e-series

Nah seriously, with a little bit of a tidy up, it would be the better option.

yer but the burgandy one has a sunroof. There not cheap to install either. Get the burgandy one keep it and when it becomes undrivable sell the parts, you will probably make a profit out of the car lol.

Go the dunny door

manual and gas you cant go wrong plus what's the pricing on each car. That will determine the winner

all the cars are the same price, so thats not an issue, but the silver one does look quite ugly actually. the burgandy one looks good, but the commo on gas might just be the winner based soley on that.

Went to take a look, after specifically asking the dealer to keep, but there was only the burgandy fairlan left, there, for a start it looked ok, but the guy went to start it and couldnt get th key in to turn it over, not a good first sign, then the sunroof leaked, not good, overall, pretty poor condition. so am just gonna sell the crapri and put the dollars into the monte.

Recommendation go throught private it may take longer but dealers can be dodget at times especially if you are buying from the main dealership place.

I think now you got to go throught looking unless you want to buy the current car left and spend some time and money towards the car

Nah, not gonna worry about looking anymore, can live with only one car. Just will spend the money from selling the capri on the fairmont to make it look better, some nice rims and the such.
