Default dumpin the rear

hey im thinkin of putting a set of "superlows" springs in the back of my ED flacon and leave the front end the stock ride hight or put some "lows" in the front just wondering what you guys think i should do?

heres a pic of my car to help.

yeah i can get the rear springs for $80 bucks of a guy and thought i'd snap them up nice and cheap lol.
but cant get any cheap ones for the front........yet!!

Do the front as well, get superlows all round, it'll look stupid if you have superlows at the back and stock height at the front.

go superlows all round looks the best and isnt really a drama if you know what you are doing when it comes to bumps and stuff i had my sprint on SLs all round...

i agree with everyone else go superlows all round i got lows on my EL and wish it was just that little lower but still all is good cheers

go ultralows in the front and ultralows with a coil out in the rear!!!! mine looks tuff!!!!

try archer st wreckers mate. SKIP M8 says they usually got lowered springs for falcons at around $50 a pair.

was just thinkin about how i would lower my wagon and im fukt 4 an answer. anyone no how its done? rear isnt a spring setup, dunno wot its called

Get superlow's at all four corners. That top picture is my car with superlows in the rear and lows in the front (without the shortened pedders shocks). The bottom (very poor) picture is with SL's in the rear , and shortened shocks + lows in the front.



As you can see, a car that looks like a dog with worms scraping it's @rse on the carpet ain't a good look. Well, in my opinion anyways.

go as far as u can go legally troy then never touch the hieght even after u get 18's coz then u can run burnout spec!

You've got a few options for lowing the rear of a wagon (leaf springs)
Either:
Lowering blocks - cheapest option however illegal in some states

Have the standard leaf springs reset to the height you want by someone like Pedders

Or, just buy new Kings leaf springs - they do sell them and they are reasonably affordable.

well ive decided to go "superlows" all round now
just got to ring the wreckers in Shep to try and find a cheap set of superlows for my car. and im getting my 18"s verry verry soon. and will use the set ive got on the car at the moment for burnouts :p

arhg true very good point there lol. yeah i will have to look into it and do my research about the "superlows" thanks.
i want to enter it into spring nats burnout comp with the 15's but dont want to stuff up the diff and gearbox on it:(
