Default randomly jumps to the botttom of a page

For some reason the browser constantly jumps to the bottom of the page, usually when a pic is brought up. but it happens everytime i open a page.

Someone said it's just a common bug with VB boards, is this true, if so is there a way to stop it?

do you use firefox? If so, go to tools --> options --> click advanced tab --> and then unclick use autoscrolling. this may help or it may not help. I have just given it a quick try, but not sure. let me know, as i'm busy preparing uni work at the moment and don't have alot of time to test.

edited: missed a step
