Default silly question!!!!??

i just bought an 2001 auII xr6 VCT..just wondering if its got lsd!! i dont wanna find out the easy way lol as i'm still getting used 2 the car... anyways ur info is need...thanks a bunch..

g'day mate congrats on the purchase. Anyway yes the xr6 VCTs all came standard with an LSD to answer your question.

Should have a tag on the diff plug saying Hi Performance diff use only spin resistant oil .

I'd love a VCT myself. Fairmont Ghia would be really nice!

I'd really love a Ghia Wagon though. Shame they didn't make any. I remember the XF Ghia wagon was a great looking car. Don't see too many on the road these days.

you better just make sure the LSD works... just for testing purposes...

no such things as a silly question... I still ask the obvious things sometimes, and people are always willing to help!!!

congrats on the purchase mate....ive got an AUII XR VCT and they are a top car. Without a doubt they came std with LSD , although in stock form its not all that easy to spin the wheels with the IRS and 17" wheels...

Just went on google and read up on some info that i found. i'll get some pics up soon, it really needs to be lowered, as it sits a bit high for my what i'm used to, but i'm gona hang tight for a bit as i might get a job at ford soon so i'll get a good discount etc...
