Id say anywhere between $500-2k. I paid 2k for mine but that was a full interior out of a au3 te50 (minus dash) delivered from melb.

For a ute, a custom leather job, would set you back about $1.5 - 2k.

You can pick up some front AU Leather XR Seats for $1k I'm guessing.

Where are you located? I know of one guy in NSW, with some. Not sure whether he still has them though.

Cheers

Im having a full sedan interior done in leather from Bendigo Auto Trim costing me $2700 with the XR logo embroidered into the front seats. I was pretty happy with that price... so for a ute would be cheaper.

McCarthur parts plus are real good if you want the high series stuff.

By the way I picked up a full black leather Fairmont Ghia interior and Fairlane rear door trims for under $1,000. Every piece of plastic, all the screws ect, Everything except carpet and rooflining.

He was probably bidding against you! That is if it was an auction!

Blackman and Sons seem to do some good work, i've seen a few pics from there in the past, and have been considering getting my car redone in custom leather for some time. I was quoted about $2500 total, for all seats and door trim, but was told you can break it up into groups and pay as you go. check their page out.
