Have only heard good things about these pads on this part of the forum.
I am wondering what is a competitive price for these pads? Found front and rear set on ebay for $212.50 posted. can someone also recommend some good brake fluid to use (i like taking my car out at winton fundays, and the auto leaves the brakes very spongy at the end of the day) Thanks, Rob

Robbyj,
I would not say that greenstuff had good reviews only. I have used redstuff only & not a fan; my comments are more about EBC redstuff. They gripped well when hot under street driving condition, poor when cold; very dusty under spirited driving conditions. They are overhyped, there are better pads in the market for much less. They did fade under multiple high speed braking condition. Greenstuff is supposed to be for lower temperature and for less demanding application. Re fluid, I use Castrol super dot 4; it’s for street use up to 280deg. Motul RBF 600 synthetic is rated around 320deg. Pricy, around $30 for 500ml. Regards, George V |

Funny thing this I use redstuff and they are a tad dull on the street when cold but get some temp.in em and they work really well. Never had the chance to really test them repeatedly but no issues so far and brake dust hasn't been noticeably terrible. Overall I'm pretty happy with them.

Really would advise that you talk to Matt from Race Brakes, he's a forum sponsor and offers a lot of advice for free. Let him know what rotors you're running, how you drive and he'll do the right thing by you - yesterday he even advised me to buy pads of someone else as he didn't have anything that met my needs.
