Default Can someone tell me what...

Part number 87DA14k144 AA is/does? It's a black box thing, and all the electronic things look a bit..."burnt"...Just wondering what it does and if i need to find a replacement one... :

On all models except the gl the relays that control the rear demister and int wipers are replaced by a central controller just to the lhs of the hand brake. On GHIA and fairmont and LTD it does a bit more interior lights power ant etc.
