Many cars have had drive line failures on the system ... dont get me wrong its something different and isnt for everyone but it does put extra stress on the car compared to driving on the road ...
Now days its just a burnt out joint with cops waiting outside to nab people ...
i know lots of people that paid the money to be members $300+ and only went a few times and would never go back ...

From what I've heard, it sounds like its stuck in limbo somewhere between a computer game, and actually taking your car out to a real track. :

iv been a cople of times the drag/dyno part is a bit boring to watch and its gets loud because it echos inside the factory, i dont think it worth getting your car set up for it as it proberly works out cheaper and more fun just to go to a drag stip. but the burnouts are preety good they start at 8:00 and go untill all the cars are through not sure on prices but i dont thinks its not more than $20, if your just going thier to watch then dont get thier before 7:30 as thiers not alot to see. They have some performance store stalls thier but they were unattended when i went thier. if you havent been and your in the mood for some burnout then go as its great fun :

Certainly is, but for those that like dyno's, its a very expensive dyno run lol.

Heathcote here, on a nice day, $40 can get you as much as 20 runs!! certainly better than running on the rollers...

I've been and had a look but it's not for me. Still, it's a great concept and a lot of effort has gone into it but it just doesn't ring my bell. As others have said it's really hard on your car and expensive to participate.

I've been in the passengers seat on some demo runs and I was almost instantly carsick. It messed with my senses bigtime!! I have never ever been carsick, even as a young tacker in my parents EH Holden on evil gravel mountain pass roads.

Has anyone else copped the carsickness there??

Why is this so hard on your car? Isn't is supposed to simulate real driving conditions? So really it is up to you, how hard you push your car? How bad is a normal dyno run on your car?

a normal dyno run you dont change gears ... you dont try to the the best of of your car from 0 to 180 Kph.. every tried to launch on a dyno to get low 60ft times ?? i have seen and pushed many cars off the dynos .. i worked there for almost a year running the dynos .... just ask redrum what happened to his car ... just ask FPV why my warranty is now voided ...
the list goes on
Myself and ORSM XR both worked there for some time and have seen all the goes on ...

It's Crap l worked there for 3 months when they hadn't opened up yet, it's not a bad concept but does put extra stress on your car.
But come to think off it it's crap as they used and abused me for my contacts in the automotive industry to get them noticed, Holden and Ford noticed them as they used the results page to see what new cars they could see to void their warrenty. Plus l wouldn't like someone drilling into my control arms to fit the brackets to my car so l can race. lf it wasn't for that bit of concrete out the back they would be shut down. Plus they only spent 15 mill to get where they are today just and old fashion burnout track lol LOSERS....

Plus it's managed like a pizza Haven.

Don't use your own car there, use their cars instead.
