Falcon Ute - Perth WA

Hi team

On the market for a cheap-ish ute for tip runs and for the kids to inherit as they're due to get their L's now (scary times ahead)

No hurry but just putting it out there, prefer a barra 6 non-gas but consider anything at the moment, budget around 5k max

Any leads on something tidy would be great

Cheers Adrian

Are you keeping an eye on market place?

This looks like a good buy, as long as you don’t mind some travel.

Is the tray supposed to be bent like that for ease of unloading?

They’re out there if you’re patient, it took me about six weeks to find one slightly rougher than smoo’s spot; a BF tonner w/bench for $1K. I was looking between Brisbane and Melbourne, classifieds and auction sites but the best prospect ended up being only 60km away.

I’m not seeing it.

Geez, from what I’ve seen cars in WA that are drivable and with rego don’t exist under $2k. Even at that price point they’re few and far between.

No rego for that thou, but it will be about $2600 on the road, fully insured with monthly premium payments.

Can’t complain with that.
Slightly cheaper than my AU.
Maybe we should do a thread, bringing falcons back from the dead.

Anything half decent that's advertised gets snapped up rather quick so was kinda hoping for word of mouth to find a mate of a mates uncle who knows a bloke with one

There was a nice tray back 2005 (had a BA front but BF trim) XR6 for 5k that went within 48hrs even though it was out 220km NE of Perth.. see if it pops up again at a dealer, hoping they aren't still paying that game
