Unless there is some magical way for the electricity manufacturers to figure out the demand, and the solar production, and then reduce the generation during the day - saving the coal for the night time generation.
Interestingly the March 2010 NSW figures from AEMO give a fairly flat peak from about 9-5 - Solar would be a very good match for meeting much of that need.
