Default Getting power without a cam

I noticed this weekend at a dyno day that all the people who are gettign big figers are goin a big cam. however when it came to mine i was a bit above without even going big on the cam. My cam in my car is only a tiny bit different from origianal and i still managed to get 158 .

It just shows that there is other ways to make power in these cars , What do u guys think

Get a 1/4 mile time then perhaps we can talk about it, dyno's are one thing, track is the real proof.

And yes Brocks have a different cam, and this Brock IIRC has a good aftermarket ECU....

Its quite simple really a big cam doesn't automatically equal big power its how the combos put together look at grechies car for instance. I got a xr6 with wade 1636 and its only making a shitty 125rwkw because my afr's are all over the place. I could chuck the biggest cam in the world in but it will still suck balls because it ain't all mixing properly.

Why is it even an issue when a regrind from Wade is so inexpensive?
