Hello, i need mega help i kinda did no where to go but here.. but my car just broke down and i am trying to fix it my self i know what wrong with it but can not find where the earth wire goes near the dizzy cap one looks whit and the other look black haha might be just dirt..i own a 1997 ford falcon el it is our family car

my friend put the leads on my car the other day and i was driving it around when it was missing i could feel it..last night i went to a mates house and it started and then it missed again really bad and then stopped..i checked the leads and one of the leads was lose and i put it back on after i tried starting it a few times but i am getting reds on my dash.This morning i went to check it and found a Earth wire that was just floating in around and it also has another earth wire with it but the other one is connected and the one floating is not and has a clip thing that it looks like it slide into.. but just can not find where it is from.. does that make sence.i am a dunny when it comes to cars haha
